The fund offers exposure primarily to USD-denominated, investment grade corporate bonds that mature in 2027. As part of a suite, the fund behaves more like a bond than a typical bond fund. As the fund matures, its maturity, duration, and years to maturity decreases. The underlying index tracks the performance of USD-denominated corporate debt that are rated investment grade with remaining term to maturity of less than 3 years. In Dec. 2027, the fund will unwind and distribute all fund assets as cash to investors. This structure permits the fund to be used as a building block for a bond ladder.
