WEEKLY BIAS : BEARISH 📉
(JUST MY ANALYSIS AND BIAS BASED ON MY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE AND DEFINITELY NOT A SIGNAL)
As we look at the weekly chart, we can see that price has had a good 2 weeks worth of bearish push. Which is just a complex pullback in respect to the bigger picture. But we see there still seems to be little to no hurdle for price to keep pushing lower. Sure, it's inside a weekly IPA or FVG and has reacted off a 4H AOI inside of it, but have buyers really been able to take control?
I SAY NO. SO, until price tells me otherwise, i'll be looking for a sell position above the weekly open.
WHERE WOULD BE AN IDEAL AREA TO SELL FROM?
looking at the charts, we see that NFP gave a push up into a 4H OB, that pushed price lower to
take out the buy side liquidity then pushed up off the unmitigated 4H OB.
Ideally if my bias is bearish i'd wanna see price take out as many sellers out the market as possible before falling.
Now where are sellers stepping in?
we see a clear trendline going for retail traders to hop in, then for SMC traders price has printed two beautiful areas, first one at the NFP price action (2310-2320) area, price clearly manipulated the range prior to NFP then came lower and boke structure (so they see) then at the PWH extreme area (2337-2347) you can see the very candle that made the high has taken out previous highs to the left before dumping and breaking structure.
WHERE WOULD I WANNA STEP IN?
I'd ideally wanna step in only after price takes out the PWH, potentially inside the extreme 1H i've highlighted. I will not have limits, only alerts there and will look for confirmations on the m1 for an entry there if and when price gets there, if it's inside of my window.
DOES PRICE BREAK STRUCTURE IF IT TRADES ABOVE THAT EXTREME?
NO, for me in order for price to have broken structure it needs to invalidate the RE-DISTRIBUTION area that gave the initial push for price to trade lower.
WILL I ENTERTAIN BUYS DESPITE BEING BEARISH?
Certainly, depending on where price is and what it's showing me during my trading windows, i will definitely buy it into the the areas of true supply in my eyes.
