Forex is a good app but the mobile version tends to stop working on my phone if I change apps for an instant or rotate my phone
Understood, then why do other FX brokers, such as Oanda provide this for their exchange pool.

Please be aware that spot forex does not have centralized volume, so if you are getting volume for a forex pair somewhere else, it must be synthetic and isn't really real, since nobody has complete centralized volume statistics for forex.
